Technology strategy to deliver leading aged care services

The context

BlueCross had grown significantly, and as its scale and complexity increased its systems were no longer supporting operations and service delivery effectively.

Alyve were asked to partner with BlueCross and explore how technology could improve operations and care service delivery. Our focus was to develop a strategy to better understand and overcome these challenges, focused on end-to-end business workflows, platforms, applications and systems.

Our approach

We worked closely with the people that make up BlueCross to better understand the company’s goals, how it operates, and the technologies it uses to achieve those goals. From there, we identified what was working well, and where there were opportunities for doing things better. In partnership with leadership, we prioritised the areas that would deliver the most significant benefits to BlueCross.

The results

Our strategy successfully aligned leadership on where to focus and what to do first and received full endorsement from the executive and the board. At Alyve, we're proud to have helped BlueCross develop a technology strategy that is the foundation for delivering leading and effective care services and are thrilled we have been asked to continue to partner to bring the transformation to reality.
