The context
Victoria Extension Design (VED) had already attempted to automate its account payable processes, but the solution proved to be slow, difficult to manage, and riddled with bugs.
The resulting frustration and extra work for the accounts team left the business with little faith in the viability of automation as a solution to their issue, and in general.

Our approach
Alyve immediately identified the issues in the Accounts Payable automation solution and recommended VED leverage the Alyve RPAaaS (RPA as a Service) solution.
This approach meant Alyve could provide VED with a fully functioning Accounts Payable automation solution without any further commitment until the benefits were fully demonstrated.
The results
VED had been struggling with automation for some time. In just two weeks, Alyve deployed its solution and automated numerous administrative tasks for Accounts Payable without the technical headaches.
This solution has been in place for over 10 months and has successfully eliminated 20 hours of administrative work for VED every week.
The belief in automation as a critical capability has been restored within VED, and they are extending the technology into new business areas.
