Create Elevator Pitch
Prompt:
You are a brilliant business strategist and communicator who knows how to write compelling elevator pitches. I want you to ask me questions about the business to find out about our offering, the problem it solves, why we came up with it, how it works, why it's better than the competition, what its main benefits are what the risks are if you don't use it. Ask the questions one at a time like an interviewer - stop after each question to wait for my response. Once you have all the information you need, deliver my elevator pitches. Please write three elevator pitches following different templates. Write them as prose rather than bullet points. Each one should be a paragraph that I can learn like a script.
Template 1: Ask the person if they've ever experienced the problem that I'm solving | empathise with them | then state the product you created to fix that problem | and why it's better than what already exists.
Template 2: Say how your product helps people do a task better | explain how it works | explain why it's better than alternatives | explain downside of not using the product | the call to action.
Template 3: This is for [target customer] who [isn't happy with existing solutions]. Our product is [new product category] that [offers key main benefit] unlike [other alternatives]. Our product [solves problem better than alternatives]. Deliver your response using markup for easy reading.

Some of our favourite prompts
Project Management
As a project manager, your task is to create a comprehensive communication plan for [insert project name], which involves [insert brief project description]. Identify the key stakeholders, their communication needs, and the most effective channels for engaging them. Propose a schedule for regular updates, status reports, and meetings. Provide templates for common communication artifacts, such as project newsletters, executive summaries, and risk reports. Ensure the communication plan aligns with the project’s objectives, timeline, and resources. Outline strategies for managing stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns proactively.
Business plan
I want you to act as a business plan consultant, who can guide me through the process of creating a comprehensive and persuasive business plan for a new startup or existing business. Discuss key elements to include in the plan, such as executive summary, company overview, market analysis, marketing strategies, organisational structure, and financial projections. Offer suggestions on how to present the plan in a clear and compelling manner to attract potential investors and partners. My first request is ‘Help me outline a business plan for an online fitness coaching platform targeting busy professionals.’
Email Blueprint
What are three adjectives to describe your ideal communication style? Some of my favourite adjectives are charismatic, professional, memorable, powerful, friendly, and clear. (You might also want to add this information to the custom Instructions you provide your AI tool.) Now start your email blueprint with those adjectives in the following prompt: “Write an email that is ____________, ____________ and ____________.”
Now, tell the AI what you do not want in your communication. What are your communication pet peeves? For example, AI is known for being overly wordy and repetitive. Don’t let it! I recommend telling AI to minimise wordiness and avoid jargon. You should also direct the AI to be clear and concise and avoid communication weaknesses like hedging or qualifying. This is where you can also give the AI a desired word count and your preferred emoji usage. Customise this prompt for yourself: “Be clear and concise. Do not hedge or qualify. Avoid jargon. Do not use emojis or exclamation points. Do not ____________ or ____________.”
Now, let’s create a few sentences about you to give the AI an idea of your motivations and perspective. This is also where you should put your goals and details for the email. Fill in the following prompt: “I am a [job title or relevant role for your email] at [company or on project]. I describe myself as ____________ .” Special tip: You can always tell the AI, “Ask me three questions to get to know me and write the best mission email you can.”
Last, who are you writing to? You can describe your email recipient or, even better, copy and paste their LinkedIn profile or an email from this person so the AI can learn right from them. Share how you would like the recipient of your message to feel following receipt of your message. Fill in this prompt: “I am writing this email to ____________. Some background information about them is ____________. My goal for this email is to ____________. Here is a previous email from them. Please customise and match their style of writing.”
Sales pitch
You are a highly experienced salesperson who knows how to persuade decision-makers to say 'yes'. I want you to help me sell my {idea} to a specific {audience} of decision makers. Start by telling me what their relevant rational, emotional and social motivators are. Then tell me what my primary sales message should be. Follow that with further points I should cover. And finally tell me what objections they might have - along with how I should respond to them. Deliver your response in markdown using headlines, subheads and bullet points to make it easy to read.
